How a job runs
Four stages, in order

Estimate
We walk the space, measure, talk through tile choices and send a written scope with a fixed price. No charge for the visit.

Prep & waterproofing
Demolition, substrate correction, backer board and membrane. Showers are flood-tested before tile goes on.

Layout
Dry layout first: joints centred, cuts pushed to the least visible corner, patterns balanced wall to wall.
04
Set, grout, finish
Tile set and levelled, grouted, sealed where needed, silicone at the movement joints, site cleaned daily.

Are estimates really free?
Yes. We visit the site, measure and send a written scope with a fixed price. There is no charge and no obligation.
Do you supply the tile?
You can buy your own material or we can source it. Either way we give you the exact quantities, including waste for cuts and pattern.
How long does a bathroom take?
A standard full bathroom runs one to two weeks depending on demolition, waterproofing cure times and tile size. You get the schedule before we start.
Do you waterproof showers?
Every shower we build gets a waterproofing membrane over the substrate and a flood test on the pan before tile goes on.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes — we install for general contractors, builders and property managers as well as directly for homeowners.
